Before purchasing a portable computer, it's worth deciding what you need it for. If you're not buying a mini PC for gaming, then the performance issue is limited to the choice of processor. Among the models available on the market, Intel Core and Intel Atom offer the best price-quality ratio.

Almost all modern mini PCs have USB 3.0 or 3.1. Also, don't overlook the presence of other ports, such as:

●                  video output to analog TV.

Also decide what will act as the main data storage: an SSD CD drive or a classic hard drive. The former are significantly faster, but HDD configurations offer significantly more storage space. If cost isn't a deciding factor, choose a combination of the two storage types.
