Since its founding, NBS has been developing on the principle of continuous improvement — in solutions, services, and the way we work with our clients. Over more than ten years, we have transformed from a small technical initiative in Ukraine into a stable international company that brings together IT experts, system integrators, and technical consultants in various European countries.
Today, we are proud to announce two key events for our company:
- the opening of a new office in Warsaw,
- the transition to an updated, more efficient platform for working with clients, partners, and suppliers.
This is not just a technical update or a change of address — it is a step forward in our philosophy of development, in the desire to make technology simpler, closer, and more useful for business.
From NBS to VenSYS and NBS Group: the path of evolution
Our history began back in the 2000s, when we worked under the NBS brand, offering solutions in the field of computer hardware and system equipment. At that time, we created a number of web projects that helped clients navigate the IT market, choose reliable products, and quickly receive technical support.
Now we present the VenSYS.ua website, where users can not only view product descriptions and photos but also place orders online, track their status, and receive consultations directly through the network. This is one of the first Ukrainian resources of this level in our segment.
The transition from the nbs.com.ua domain to www.VenSYS.ua is the first important step toward process automation and focusing on high-quality service — we are taking the next stage of evolution.
A new chapter: office in Warsaw
The development of the company in recent years has shown that our products and services are in demand far beyond the borders of Ukraine. The growth of the client base in the EU, the increase in the number of business partners in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, and the Baltic states naturally led us to the decision to open our own European office in Warsaw.
Warsaw has become the logical center of our international activities — this is where our sales, integration, and technical support specialists are concentrated. The office in Poland allows us to:
- work closer to clients and partners in the EU,
- optimize the logistics of equipment supply,
- shorten order processing times,
- provide support in several languages.
We see Warsaw not only as a business location but as a space for collaboration, exchange of experience, and the creation of joint technological projects. VenSYS is actively expanding its partner network and looking for new formats of interaction with distributors, installers, and retail representatives.
Transition to a new platform: faster, more stable, more convenient
Simultaneously with the opening of the office, we completed a large-scale migration of our system to a new technological platform.
This is not just an update of the site design or functions — it is a complete change of technical logic, which allows to:
- increase the speed of page loading and order processing;
- ensure system stability even during peak loads;
- integrate data between all our projects — VenSYS, VenBOX, VenIP;
- provide clients with personal work cabinets with access to purchase history, services, and support.
The new technological base was created with a reserve for the future — it is flexible, secure, and ready for further integration with European payment systems, ERP, and logistics solutions.

A VoIP platform that allows organizations to use modern IP telephony features. We provide not just communication, but a complete system — from a cloud PBX to integration with CRM and mobile devices.

Why we do it
We are convinced that the digitalization of business processes is not just a fashion trend. It is the foundation for development. And our mission is to help companies of various scales go through this path painlessly, clearly, and effectively.

What's next
We do not stand still. Thanks to the new platform, we are preparing a series of updates:
- launch of an expanded catalog of solutions for retail, HoReCa, and industry;
- creation of a partner program for integrators;
- development of an online service system and remote technical diagnostics;
- expansion of the range of VoIP and multimedia devices.
We plan to make VenSYS not just an equipment supplier, but a technological hub — a place where clients can choose, test, and immediately implement solutions for their business.
