Innovative kiosks in electronics stores

Various companies are experiencing the need for remote communication with customers. Among them are large electronics stores. In an effort to attract customers, they are installing innovative kiosks. Their functionality varies: from collecting customer information during the identification process to implementing commercial projects and processing payment transactions.

Types of innovative kiosks

The Ukrainian market for modern technological solutions offers six types of devices:

  1. Payment kiosks, which are kiosks for convenient and quick payment for services. It is equipped with two screens, a camera, and operates 24/7. One screen is designed for exchanging information with the client, and the second for advertising promotions taking place in the shopping center where the equipment is installed. When using this device, clients can choose the language in which the information will be provided. This payment method is currently supported by most institutions, including banks, utility companies, and other government agencies.
  2. Identification kiosks are fully equipped for user authorization, including scanners that can capture fingerprints and copies of passports, as well as a device that can verify the authenticity of the client's signature. They are used when it is necessary to confirm the consumer's identity.
