3DThe new Augmented Reality technology from the retailer Tesco allows you to view 3D images of more than 40 products. These products include televisions, Lego sets, and DVD movies.

The software was provided by Kishino, whose specialists were able to accommodate more than 20,000 virtual models on their platform, while their competitors offered to accommodate only 100. Previously, Tesco was only testing Augmented Reality technology and it could only be used on the retailer's website using a webcam. Now the service is available in Tesco stores.

This solution helps reduce the return of goods purchased online due to the completeness of the image. The launch of Augmented Reality has resolved the issue of interaction between sellers and customers in a fundamentally new way. A major advantage of this innovation is the reduction in retail space in stores. Instead of storing, for example, bulky, slow-selling electronics on shelves, their 3D images can be stored on a computer, where customers can view them from all angles to make a choice. Customers also see a larger number of products than would otherwise be physically available in the store.

The retailer is also prepared to install Wi-Fi in stores so customers can compare prices and check reviews. The test will determine the effectiveness of Tesco's innovation and whether it will increase sales.
