The goal of the program, which concerns the problem of education and safety of children, was the attitude and perception of parents towards the use of radio frequency identification technologies to determine the location of students and school-age children.

The study was conducted in two cities - Atlanta and Newark. As a result, 96% of parents supported the use of RFID technologies to ensure the safety and control of their children's education.
