To register a registrar of settlement operations (RPO), a business entity submits to the revenue and duties authority:
an application for registration of a RPO in form No. 1-RPO;
a copy of the document confirming the fact of purchase or free receipt of the PRO into ownership; other document confirming the right of ownership or use of the PPO;
a copy of the ownership document or other document giving the right to place the business unit where the PPO will be used;
a copy of the business entity's agreement with the Service Center on maintenance and repair PPO.
At the same time, the application for registration of a PPO can be submitted in paper or electronic form.
We remind you that business entities that carry out settlement transactions in cash and/or non-cash forms when selling goods (providing services) in the field of trade, public catering and services must use settlement transaction registrars.
The procedure for registering and using settlement transaction registrars used to register settlement transactions for goods (services) was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated August 28, 2013 No. 417.
