The growing popularity of Android-Box devices makes it difficult to find the best device for our needs.

In this hardware test we describe mid-range hardware - VenBOX ITV-MXQ.

Another test of a mid-priced Android Box device. In the review, I will show how it works and handles multimedia.

Packaging and kit contents

We received a black cardboard box, cuboid-shaped, and measuring 28.5 x 15.5 x 6 cm. The packaging bears the inscriptions 4xCPU and 4xGPU; according to the manufacturer, the equipment decodes video in H.264 and H.265 formats. Unfortunately, there is no device specification included.

The box, when opened, reveals the device itself in the main part, the remote control in the notch, and the rest of the set after revealing the cardboard compartments.

The device is made of square-shaped plastic with strongly rounded corners, 11.8 cm on each side, height including feet is 2.5 cm. The plastic in the upper part is matte with a glossy indented model marking, the side walls are made of glossy plastic. There are ventilation holes on the bottom, and rubber feet are glued in the corners...
