New ECO-Market stores in Ukraine

According to the company's CEO, Viktor Povnits, the EKO-Market network currently comprises 17 shopping centers and 69 stores in the Center and Southeast of Ukraine. The area of ​​the retail facilities varies from 200 to 2,800 square meters.

According to V. Povnitsa, this year the company will open 20-30 retail facilities, while the expansion of the chain will take place only in those regions where EKO is already represented.

In addition, in 2011 the retail chain plans to increase sales to UAH 3.3 billion, which is 24.5% more than in 2010 (UAH 2.65 billion).

As previously reported, according to the results of October-December 2010, the net profit of the retailer EKO LLC amounted to UAH 253 thousand, while for the same period in 2009 the company received a loss of UAH -73.631 million. The turnover of EKO LLC In the fourth quarter of 2010, it increased to UAH 1.928 billion, which is 17.91% more than in the same period of 2009.
