The "DS1000" family of BASIC- have been improved with Wi-Fi, GPRS and support for DS101x devices.

New wireless interfaces expand the range of potential applications of the DS101x, and also improve control reliability. If Ethernet is unavailable and Wi-Fi is unavailable, GPRS is a suitable controller option.

The DS1000, DS1002, and DS1003 are four-port BASIC-programmable industrial controllers designed primarily for serial device control and COM-over-IP applications. All three devices come preloaded with the open-source COM-over-IP application. These devices differ in the type of serial ports:

DS1000 has 4 standard RS232 ports
DS1002 has universal RS232/422/485 ports with software-accessible selection of the operating mode.
DS1003 has universal galvanic isolated ports.

The DS1004 controller, thanks to high-precision analog-to-digital (A/D) and digital-to-analog (D/A) input/output channels, is ideal for measurement and control tasks in such areas as building automation (including climate control), process automation, laboratory work, etc.

Unlike most other remote control products, the capabilities of the DS1004 are not limited to simply transmitting data to a central server. Tibbo BASIC programming enables the creation of intelligent systems in which the DS1004 module can make control decisions in real time.

The DS1004 module's capabilities are further expanded by two low-power relays and a universal RS232/485 port. This port can be used to connect external serial devices (such as a magnetic card reader or a sensor polling module) and even an additional DS10xx device.

The DS1004 comes with a preloaded application. The application is designed for remote control/monitoring of analog I/O lines and relays using a web browser or the Tibbo AggreGate system. The open source code of the application allows you to reconfigure it for specific needs, thereby increasing functionality.

The DS1005 controller is an excellent tool for industrial and building automation, especially in access control, security and safety systems, thanks to 8 opto-isolated inputs, 6 high-power relays and a universal RS232/485 port.

The DS1005 is especially suitable for access control: 4 of the 8 digital inputs can be used to connect 2 magnetic card readers (2 inputs for each reader), the remaining 4 inputs can be used to connect a door lock, an exit button, etc.
