Description of modes
| With database | Fingerprint information is recorded in the reader's database
for verification. |
| Without database | The client's fingerprint information is not recorded in the PC or
reader, but recorded on the client card for verification. |
Integrated
system
| Card programmer, fingerprint programmer and reader
are used with a PC. Data can be transferred to the reader in
“online” mode as well as “offline” using cards
generated in the system.

Standalone system
| Only a reader, an Enroll Card, a Delete Card, the supplied Giga-Tms, and customer cards are required.

Access using
fingerprints
| The customer gains access by scanning their fingers on the
reader.
|
Access using
cards
| The customer gains access by scanning their card on the
reader.
|
Access using
Fingers + card
| The client gains access by scanning both the card and
fingerprints. |
