TimeLox 23 is a system for small hotels with 40-50 rooms. It is fundamentally different from the Timelox DC-One and Timelox 2300 systems because the Timelox 23 system does not use a central management complex. This makes TimeLox 23 a very effective and cost-efficient security system for small hotels.

The system is managed using special command cards. Guests and hotel staff use pre-programmed keys—cards with a magnetic stripe.

However, even with this, the TimeLox 23 system allows for reading 100 events from the lock's memory with additional but not essential equipment. You can find out who—a guest or staff—was in the room and when.

Recommended number of TimeLox 23 terminals in the system—40-60

"TimeLox terminals" are standalone electronic locks (door terminals) and wall-mounted readers (wall terminals) for controlling electromechanical devices (electric locks, barriers, elevators, etc.). Each TimeLox 23 terminal stores 100 events (entries) in its memory.

Electronic keys used in the system—cards with a magnetic stripe

You can use factory-preprogrammed guest key cards or TimeLox staff cards. Guest cards are pre-programmed for use in specific rooms. In case a card is lost, it is replaced with a new one, and the lost card's access is canceled.

Staff cards are activated in certain hotel areas; if a card is lost, its access can be canceled at any time using a special cancellation card.

Additional Features of TimeLox 23

• The ability to read a list of events (the last 100) from the memory of TimeLox 23 terminals using a special, but not mandatory, piece of equipment (Service Unit 23), with the possibility of further printing the protocol;
  
  
• The ability to connect an entire complex of equipment to a single unit (wall reader for external use, door automation or electromechanics, alarm systems, etc.) for integrated management of entrance doors—the LDC (Local Door Control) system;
