Vensys introduces wireless waiter call buttons.

The technology significantly reduces service time and is indispensable for remote radio calling of waiters, staff and security in nightclubs, restaurants, VIP lounges, hotels, entertainment centers, cafes and bars, where it is necessary to maintain a high level of service.

The waiter call system is intuitive and will not raise any questions for either customers or staff. Buttons are installed at tables or provided with menus. When a customer presses the button, a message requesting a waiter is sent to both the radio pager and the call receiving station, which displays the table number being called. The message includes the table number from which it was placed, the time of the call, and is accompanied by both an audible signal and a vibration alert. The pager receives up to 99 signals and allows viewing the call history of past calls. The communication range between the button and the pager with external antennas is up to 1000 meters of direct line of sight. The operating frequency is free, permits and certificates for use are not required.
