Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 25.11.2013 No. 704

The Ministry of Internal Affairs once again published a new edition of the State Register of Registrars of Settlement Operations.

In this regard, the previous order of the Ministry of Revenue dated 01.10.2013 No. 522 is recognized as having lost force.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs once again published a new edition of the State Register of Registrars of Settlement Operations.

In this regard, the previous order of the Ministry of Revenue dated 01.10.2013 No. 522 is recognized as invalid.

The updated State Register of PPOs has been supplemented with several new models and, as before, contains information about the model name, modification, version of internal software, manufacturer, term of initial registration with tax authorities, and scope of application of PPOs.

Let us recall that starting in 2013, cash register users must report to the Ministry of Revenue in electronic form. For this purpose, cash registers must be equipped with electronic tapes, on which copies of settlement documents and fiscal reports will be generated, and modems. Once a day, this report will be automatically transmitted to the Ministry of Revenue's information processing server.

We also draw your attention to the fact that from 01.01.2014, taxpayers will be subject to penalties for failure to submit reports on the use of PPO in electronic form.
