Your responsibilities:

· Supervising the operation of advertising and marketplace systems (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Allegro Ads), including configuring new campaigns, controlling budgets, recommendations, creating remarketing lists, and optimizing activities.

· Monitoring the performance of tracking codes, conversions, and events.

· Conducting SEO activities and tracking new trends in their implementation.

· Managing social media profiles, including their configuration, responding to messages, and publishing content.

· Designing and implementing marketing automation activities.

· Creating Mailings and their dispatch.

· Maintaining company websites, including their construction, modification, configuration, and content publishing.

· Administrative activities related to monitoring campaign effectiveness and costs.

· Working with an internal CRM system to manage leads, contacts, and monitor reports.

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of experience in online marketing,

· Good knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Business Meta, Microsoft Advertising,

· Experience with marketing automation systems and the ability to use them in the areas of email marketing, creating communication templates, designing automation, and segmenting audiences,

· Implementing SEO/GEO activities including content optimization, performance optimization, working with structured data, and website search and ratings,

· Website administration in Magento and WordPress, including page creation and configuration

Ability to use HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript to make simple changes to templates, code mailings, build simple websites, and configure GTM tags.

Initiative and consistency in action, analytical problem-solving skills.
